"My account just didn’t feel secure"
After using this site, I didn’t feel great about my account’s safety. Something about the experience felt a bit off to me, and I was left feeling like my account might be at risk.

"Seller disappeared after I paid"
So yeah, the seller said delivery would be quick, which sounded fine at first. But after I paid, they pretty much just went quiet. I kept checking in, and IGV support was basically telling me to wait… but nothing actually changed. I ended up wasting way more time than expected and had to keep chasing for updates myself. i wouldn’t use this seller again...

"Looked like a deal, but didn’t feel worth it"
At first, igv.com seemed like a cheaper option, which is why I gave it a try. But once the extra fees were added, the price wasn’t really as good as it looked. By the end, I paid more than I expected, and the order still took longer than it has on other sites I’ve used.
When I reached out, support basically just told me to wait, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I don’t mind paying a bit more when the service feels smooth and transparent, but this reminded me that a low starting price doesn’t mean much if the final experience doesn’t back it up. I don’t plan on using igv.com again...

"Didn’t Feel Comfortable Checking Out"
I tried to place an order, but the payment page just didn’t feel right to me. It looked kind of sketchy, and I wasn’t comfortable putting my card info in there. Instead of making me feel secure, it felt like they basically made it my problem to figure out if it was safe or not. I ended up backing out because it just wasn’t worth the risk.

"Felt misled about the amount I received"
I ordered gold expecting to get the amount I paid for, but when it arrived, it was less than what was promised. I reached out to support thinking they’d sort it out, but they didn’t really fix anything. it left me feeling misled.

"Website could be easier to use"
I tried using igv.com and had a bit of a hard time with it. The site looks decent enough, and I’m sure it works fine once you know where everything is, but I found the pages a little awkward and the menus weren’t super clear. I kept getting turned around just trying to find basic stuff. Not the smoothest experience for me, so I’d probably avoid using it again unless I had to.

"Support really dropped the ball"
I had a problem with my order and customer support took forever to get back to me. it felt like nobody there was taking it seriously, and the whole thing ended up being way more frustrating than it needed to be. They did fix it eventually, but only after wasting my time.

"Pretty much what I expected with the refund"
I’m still waiting on my refund, and support just closed the case without actually fixing anything. i already had a bad feeling this was going to happen, and this kind of confirmed it for me. Not a great experience.

"Delivery Took FOREVER"
I ordered expecting it to be quick, but it ended up taking WAY longer than I thought it would. When I reached out to support, they basically just told me to be patient, which didn’t really help. i don’t think I’ll use IGVault for this again.
